Laura is a unique teacher and therapist. She is whole-heartedly devoted to what she does and to all the individuals she is teaching or treating.



Her yoga classes have helped me not only to get a better understanding of my body but also to realize what was going on inside me, things that needed more attention. Her classes helped me to relax and lift my energy levels. She does not rush or judge but makes one feel comfortable.

I also received reiki from Laura; it was such a powerful experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I am thankful that I got introduced to the world of yoga, reiki and meditation by this special person.

As a former Physical Training Instructor in the Army and semi-professional footballer, who now coaches football and strength and conditioning- I was having chronic back problems that were restricting my physical activity and work for over 3 years.  Whilst receiving chiropractor care I was recommended to try yoga.  Initially I was hesitant , but since beginning yoga I have started playing football again and marathon running. I am now fully active at work and all the frustration of being injured has now disappeared.

Laura's classes give you a better awareness of your body, along with exercises and relaxation techniques that allow you to prevent injury and promote rehabilitation.  I am now a yoga addict and it is something I recommend to all my friends and family, especially with those who have structural or muscular injuries.
